Vendor Registration

Welcome to the Maui Coffee Association’s Seed to Cup Festival.  We’re thankful for your participation.  Below are the details.  If you have any questions, please email maria@mauioma.com or text 808-336-1872.

MCA PROVIDES

  • One (1) – 8’ table and 2 chairs
  • A diagram of the event with assigned booth numbers will be forthcoming.
  • Parking passes will be provided. They will be emailed to you before August 1st.
  • A brewing station with a grinder & scale will be located inside Chef’s Table.  You’ll need to brew before from 7:30-8:30 am as brewing for Taste the Roast Event will commence at 9:00 am.
  • Bagged Ice is available courtesy of Kumu Farms at the Country Market.  Let us know if you need ice, we’ll have runners bringing the ice to you.

YOU NEED TO BRING

  • Your own WIFI connection for cc sales.  No WIFI available at the Plantation.
  • Approved DOH Special Event Permit and Food Handlers Card. PLEASE APPLY NOW – DEADLINE 6/15/25.
  • Coffee to brew, Air pots for brewing your coffee, Cups, Lids, Stir Sticks, Straws, condiments, Trash can for your table, Menu, Petty Cash, Cooler and a copy of your GET License and Copy of your DOH approved permit.  Both of these must be present on the table.
  • If you are selling beverages, you must have your own hand wash station which includes liquid soap (not hand sanitizer), paper towels, and a catchment bucket for the used water. All graywater can be discarded in approved areas. 

FIELD NOTES

  • You may arrive as early as 6:30 am and unload your items near your booth location. All vehicles must be moved off the tram route before 8:00 am and parked in the vendor parking area, located to the south of the large grass field. Cars are not allowed to be parked anywhere on the front lawn, large field or front parking lot. ONLY park in the assigned “vendor area”.
  • Must be set up and ready to sell by 9:00 am.
  • We request that you stay open until 4:00pm, as music will continue to play and we are all
     centered around the music. It would be unprofessional for us to be breaking down when the musicians are playing.
  • You can use any size cup, most prefer hot cups – 10-12 oz. & cold Cups – 12-16 oz.
  • 4 oz. sample cups are permitted.
  • Bagged coffee or value added retail items made with coffee are encouraged.
  • Due to the limited amount of Maui Coffee available, you are not required to sell 100% Maui Coffee, however, it is encouraged to sell 100% Hawaii Grown coffee.
